Eucalyptus House

For the most part it was very relaxing and quiet on the property. Positive: I had an access code. Also host was very accommodating to our needs for an 3 pm check in since we need to change cloths for a family event that started at 4 pm. Negative: I would have liked to know that the coffee machine was specifically a single use Kuerig rather than a "make a full pot" style coffee maker. The Bathtub didn't hold water and the GFI breaker kept tripping in the bathroom which made it impossible to use a hair dryer and a curling iron. The host was grateful I had mentioned these issues during our stay.

Positive: House was fairly clean All appliances worked Negative: A/C in house house didn't work besides the A/C in the living room. Very hot in the rooms.. No locks on bedroom doors. Tub was very slippery. Other than that everything was good. Location was OK but too far from pismo for us. Homeless were right around the corner.

Great place for extended families to stay together. Positive: I love this location - easy access to downtown SLO and Cal Poly; close to shopping and restaurants of Madonna Rd, and Trader Joes. Properties are always cleaned and well maintained. Negative: Limited parking for more than 1 car (or having an in-town visitor).
