Hi! We're the Warner's, and we want to share some of our story about how "Coastal Creek Village" came to be.

Our journey began in the summer of 2021, just as we welcomed our third child into the world. During our sleepless nights, Jeremy stumbled upon the "Shady Lane" Mobile Home Park in San Luis Obispo (SLO) while scouring the internet for his next venture. His restless nights were spent meticulously crunching numbers and crafting a vision for the future. It all led to our offer being accepted, and off we went into the whirlwind of the escrow process.

In December 2021, the park officially became ours. With the administrative matters sorted, we turned our attention to a substantial physical transformation. Old, abandoned units were cleared, new ones were brought in, (in phases, and about 150 trips to the dump) as we breathed fresh life into the park. The drive lane was revamped with new asphalt, parking areas were reorganized, and a clear and inviting entrance and exit were established.

Then came the star of the show – our first tiny home. This little home marked the start of our dream to turn this place into Coastal Creek Village, a spot for short-term vacation rentals in SLO.

And here's a fun little story: I listed the tiny home on Airbnb, planning a leisurely weekend in SLO to prep it for guests. But, oops, the listing went live, and someone booked it for that very weekend! We had just one night to get it ready, and after we did, we had to check into the nearby Marriott while our first guests moved in. Talk about diving in head first!

Since then, we've brought 8 more homes in. Jeremy sources and places them, I furnish, make them cozy and manage them. We can't wait to host you at Coastal Creek Village. It's where every corner tells a story of hard work, dreams, and a whole lot of heart. Welcome to our home away from home; Let's make some great memories together!
