Very clean and bigger than I thought. Fun!

5-star fun and unique property! Positive: When we booked this we were taking a chance because of the other review but I’m not sure what they were talking about. This HOME WAS AWESOME!! They never said breakfast was included and the (super responsive) host just said for check-out “you don’t have to do anything but can choose to help our cleaner as much as you’d like”. I’m happy to pay the cleaning fee when getting such a great price on the property. This is a unique tiny home that is pristine and has everything you could possibly need without feeling super cramped. My family of 5 all slept very comfortably. A SUPER FUN experience. The property is great, safe and close to everything in SLO. It backs up to a pretty creek you can see out the bedroom window which was serene and my personal fave. This is a FIVE STAR PROPERTY.

This is our 2nd stay at the property and we love everything about it. Well kept and quiet yet close to downtown, campus and Central Coast Brewing! We will be back again soon.

This was our first time staying in a tiny home, so we weren't entirely sure what to expect. Overall the space was clean and comfortable, and it was backed up against a creek which helped to keep it cool. The tiny home is located right next to a cemetery, which we knew ahead of time because of the maps, but if that freaks you out be warned! Since we were staying there to go to wedding, I was hoping there would be amenities like an iron or a steamer. If there was one, we couldn't find it. There also wasn't a dishwasher, which would explain why the silverware was dirty. It would have been nice to have drying rack for dishes as well. Overall the communication with owner was prompt and clear, check-in was easy, and the place did the trick.
