our stay was quite nice & so very clean!
Positive: cleanliness, open communication, simple process.
Negative: The sofa bed came broken. One end falls down when the bed is opened out. My 5'9" daughter had to sleep on it like that.

Positive: We loved how cozy and clean this little home was. So much more private than staying at a hotel. We enjoyed the proximity to so many good restaurants. Also it was a short ride to Oceano where we went riding on ATV'S .
Negative: In the early morning we could hear cars starting. Probably leaving for work, but once everyone left it was very quiet. The only other negative is we missed having a TV in the bedroom.

Positive: Well located and affordable. Not really a 2 bedroom house but more like a demountable.
Negative: The bed in the second bedroom consisted of bunks and the mattress in the lower bed needed replacing as it saved.
